Sicilian Organic Ancient Grain Pasta

Produced and wrapped from Forno Santa Rita in the laboratory of Borgata Santa Rita Caltanissetta for Gaia Education.
Ingredients: organic durum whole wheat semolina, water.
It contains gluten.
Preparation: add the pasta in boiling salted water (around 1lt for 100 gr), cook the pasta for 10/12 minutes turning from time to time. Drain the pasta and add condiments as you wish.The presence of residuals in the package is a sign that the product is handcrafted. Store in a cool and dry place, away from direct light and heat sources.
